What does 2015 have in store for St Merryn Park?
As the year draws to a close and 2015 is upon us, the staff here at Kerdene and St Merryn Park have been taking stock. We’ve got our reports in and finalised plans for next year.
Here is how it’s shaping up:
Katherine, our marketing manager, is based in Truro and has been busy planning out her marketing and sales strategy. She has lots of engaging strategies planned, including some exciting competitions, so keep an eye out for these on our Facebook page , on our twitter account and Google+. You can contact Katherine if you have any queries about the park, the homes and the process of buying a park home.
Over at St Merryn Park, Wendy our Park Manager, will have plenty on her plate during 2015. She has 35 plots left available in the final phase of our park development. She has these plotted out on the park map. Wendy is also getting a new roof. Well, a new office, roof and sales reception area if we’re going to be picky. The plans are with the architect and now that everything is approved she is just waiting for the building regulations to come in, in January. Exciting stuff.
Another exciting development we have planned is for an Internet style cafe. It has not been easy to find a company willing to provide broadband on the park and the ones that are, charge an extortionate amount in line rental and considering many owners leave their properties vacant for a few months at a time, this is not a cost effective option. With that in mind, we are looking at using part of the new sales office development to include a room with computers for park home owners to use. This space would also include facilities for coffee or other beverages. Watch this space to find out more information.
Arriving in 2015 are two new show homes. From Prestige Park and Leisure Homes we have a 36 x 20 Sonata priced at £90,995. The Sonata has a great combination of space and warmth creating the cozy feeling you would look for when selecting your new park home.
The second home is the 45 x 20 Mews by Homeseeker Park and Leisure Homes is priced at £105,995. The spacious hallway leads the way to the elegant lounge with dining room. The full height windows, two of which are bay, let the light flood in making this a wonderful room to relax and entertain or to watch the world go by. And for those winter evenings, curl up in front of the beautiful traditional fireplace.
