Pre-owned Lodges For Sale
A pre-owned home is a lodge that has been previously purchased, but now the owner is ready to sell on.
Once you have purchased your pre-owned property the existing agreement will transfer (be assigned) to you. Most pre-owned homes come fully furnished and some have been used as prosperous rental businesses – these lucrative businesses can be passed over to new owners, often with bookings already scheduled.

We are making constant improvements at St Merryn Park to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. We have developed a number of on-site facilities at St Merryn Park for adults, kids and dogs alike. The Venue is the parks pub and diner which is great for a night out or an afternoon cider. Our onsite facilities are open all year round, so whenever you decide to stay, you’ll have conveniences and activities right on site. The local area also has excellent facilities with the village of St Merryn having a petrol station, a range of shops, and numerous restaurants and pubs. If you venture a only a little further into Padstow there is a large supermarket and you’ll find a mixture of inns, cafes and restaurants, quirky shops as well as chain stores. Of course Rick Stein has a famous array of amenities all clustered around the picturesque harbour.
