Planning permission has been granted for a new development phase at St Merryn Park, located near Padstow on Cornwall’s north coast.The approved scheme will deliver 46 additional holiday houses, along with a leisure building and tennis courts, bringing the total number of properties at the park to 416.Positioned close to Padstow and the surrounding coastline, St Merryn Park is set in a prime Cornish location. The new development will build on existing facilities, introducing additional recreational spaces and improving the overall experience for owners and guests.
