Cornwall is buzzing with events at this time of year. Lots of festivals and regattas are finished and now prepping for 2017 but we still have plenty more this summer – Including:
Cornwall Folk Festival – 26th – 29th August – Wadebridge
This August bank holiday weekend see’s another Cornwall Folk Festival. In it’s 4th century and this time in partnership with Haywood Farm Cider.
An international line up of folk music from Cornwall to the USA! There are also singers, instrument workshops, street entertainment, sharing sessions, face painting and Children’s games.
Porthscatho Regatta – 27th August – Gerrans Bay
A traditional sailing regatta with stalls, music, games, food and entertainment to be found in Porthscatho.
Morval Steam Rally – 27th – 29th August – Looe
A working vintage steam rally with vintage tractors, cars, motorbikes, military vehicles, commercials and stationary engines, trade stands, craft tent, hot food, bar and children’s entertainment.
Cornish Country Fair – 28th August – Stithians
Dog shows, horse displays, bouncy castle, birds of prey and much much more!
