All our pre-owned holiday properties or lodges for sale were originally bought and sited at their park.
The properties have not been moved from site to site. Valley Resorts advertise these properties on behalf of the owners and we will help to facilitate the sale. Once you have purchased a pre-owned property the existing agreement will transfer (be assigned) to you.

Remember, buying a pre-owned home on the park means you also have access to all of the park’s facilities.
