New Holiday Homes
New homes are never been occupied and are fully furnished lodges that are already sited on one of St Merryn Park’s plots. If you like a one of our sited homes, but wish to change things, the home can work as a template for you to customize and make completely personal – or can remain structurally the same with different furnishings.

Pre-owned Holiday Homes
A pre-owned home is a lodge that was purchased by a customer and they want to sell that property on. Most pre-owned homes are advertised by Kerdene on behalf of the owners and we will help to facilitate the sale. Once you have purchased a pre-owned property the existing agreement will transfer (be assigned) to you. Most pre-owned homes come fully furnished and some have been used as prosperous rental businesses – these businesses can be passed over to new owners, sometimes with bookings already scheduled.
